- 1. Love the motherland and the people. Study well and make progress everyday
- 2. Attend the class on time, and ask for leave only when you must.
- 3. Listen to teachers attentively and do the homework conscientiously.
- 4. Pay attention to personal hygiene, keep clothes clean and tidy; refrain from spitting in public places.
- 5. Persist in physical training and take an active part in recreational activities.
- 6. Love labour and learn to be independent.
- 7. Observe college discipline and public order.
- 8. Respect teachers; get along with classmates; be polite to others and refrain from swearing or scuffling.
- 9. Show concern for the society, protect public property and turn in everything found, lost by others.
- 10. Be honest and apologise for any mistake you have committed.
- 11. A student who is not present in the concerned lecture hall at the beginning of each period.
- 12. Minimize the use of electricity and switch of electric appliances when not in use.
- 13. Use of any kind of tobacco is strictly prohibited in college campus.
Physically disabled students need special arrangement in environment for their mobility and independent functioning.
Facilities to be considered are:
- 1. Easy access to classroom by providing ramps.
- 2. Disabled friendly washrooms
- 3. Special care facilities like wheel chair
- 4. Assistance facility like sign posts
- 5. Availability of devices such as computers with screen reading software, low vision aids for visually challenged students
- 6. College allows the students to take the help of scribes in the examination
- 7. College provides the facilities of the Braille software to develop skills and their language
Code of Conduct for Teachers
- 1. Provide an innovative and quality education to students
- 2. Interact with the students in a friendly manner.
- 3. Abide by the rules and regulations of the institution
- 4. Collaborate with fellow teachers.
- 5. Be responsible and interact positively with parents and other stakeholders in educating the students.
- 6. Help, guide, encourage and assist students in their learning.
- 7. Uphold the ideology of the institute for which it is established.
- 8. Follow the guidelines and S.O.P prescribed by the institute in executing responsibilities.
- 9. Follow protocol prescribed by government of Karnataka.
- 10. Leave shall be taken with prior permission.
- 11. Follow service rules prescribed by Department of Education, Government of Karnataka.
- 12. Should take initiation in all curricular and extra-curricular activities.
- 13. Minimize the use of electricity and switch of electric appliances when not in use.
- 14. Use of any kind of tobacco is strictly prohibited in college campus.
Code of Conduct for Non-Teaching
- 1. Remain on duty during college hours
- 2. Maintain honesty, integrity, fairness in the Administration.
- 3. Adhere strictly to the laws and regulations of the college.
- 4. Deal properly and positively with staff, students and the parents.
- 5. Must not be absent from duty without official approval or approved sick leave.
- 6. Avoid social networking sites such as Facebook, Whatsapp, etc during the working hours.
- 7. Uphold the ideology of the institute for which it is established.
- 8. Follow the guidelines and S.O.P prescribed by the institute in executing responsibilities.
- 9. Follow protocol prescribed by government of Karnataka.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
With view to building an ideal academic atmosphere in the college premises, students are required to abide by the following regulations.
- 1. Students should abide by the college regulations set forth in the calendar as well as those formulated from time to time by the Principal. Cases of non-compliance shall be dealt with suitably.
- 2. They should not use cell phones in the college campus.
- 3. They should wear uniform on all the days when they visit the college for any work.
- 4. They should be punctual and regular in attending the classes.
- 5. If any student has to leave the premises during class hours, he/she shoud duly record his/her name, roll number, class and the time of exit in the register maintained by the security guard at the gate.
- 6. Further, every student should record his/her absence/leave in the calendar (in the pages provided for that purpose) and get it signed by the parent and the teacher concerned.
- 7. Indifference to studies, non-submission of practical records and assignments in time, avoidance of tests and examinations conducted by the college and discourtesy to establishment are strictly discouraged. These infringements might attract penal action if any student is persistent in such irregularities.
- 8. Coming to college in an intoxicated state, smoking within the college premises, using obscene and vulgar words against others, disrespect to teachers, indulging in malpractice during examinations and moral delinquency are serious offences and the penalty for these could be severe to the extent of expulsion from the college.
- 9.Wilful damage to college property shall attract heavy penalty and the offenders shall be required to repair / replace the property.
- 10. Bursting crackers within the college is a serious offence. Under no circumstances crackers are permitted inside the premises.
- 1. No student shall play for any team other than the college ones without the written consent of the Principal.
- 2. No excursion unrelated to study requirements shall be conducted by the college.
- 3. Sitting on the window sill, loitering in the corridors and crowding at the doors are strictly prohibited. Violation of this directive shall attract penalty.
- 4. If any student is found with mobile, a spot penalty of Rs. 500 shall be levied, the cell will be confiscated and will be returned at the end of the Academic Year.
- 5. No student shall be an active member of any club, association, union or organisation unconnected with the college or of any sevadal, sena or sevaka sangha or any political party whatsoever, without the written consent of the Principal.
- 6. No student shall participate in any campaign, demonstration, agitation, hartal, satyagraha or strike directed against the college, the university or the government. In the case of Violation of this directive, serious penal action will be taken.
- 7. Students should maintain a high standard of decency and decorum both within and outside the campus.
