H. H. Sri Vibhudesha Theertha Swamiji, when he founded the institution, envisioned an institution that creates individuals who are not only educated, but aware. A highly skilled, culturally vibrant, socially responsible individual with a sound mind and healthy persona that can stand as a model to the rest of the society. The goal he had in mind was to have at least one student from Poornaprajna Institutions who’d win  Nobel Prize for India and an Olympic medal. To achieve these goals, the institution, being well aware of the efforts and time required, has been providing a ‘Conducive Atmosphere’ as a priority with unaltered focus, without any compromise.

• To begin with, Poornaprajna College hosts a good ecological campus, spread over an area of 6 acres, providing the students with a healthy atmosphere to learn in, which has been certified Green Campus.
• We provide the students with spacious infrastructure with well-established laboratories with modern and advanced technologies embedded within them and a full-fledged computerized library.
• These facilities can be utilized under the guidance of our faculty members who are highly competent in their respective fields with a passion for teaching and research.
• All of this infrastructure and facilities are utilized by our students through regular classes, extra-curricular activities and outreach programs. Our students learn from the classes and also through teaching and practice through the numerous programs we organize each year for their benefit.
• This atmosphere is encompassed by a security system with strict and stringent rules in place that prevent any external entities from interfering in the process of education, on campus. All external visitors are monitored and unwanted entries banned.
• The college believes in enabling student-peer groups that aides the learning process among students with the teachers constantly monitoring the development and aiding the process and providing appropriate assistance to slow-learners to improve their performance.
• These observations are constantly reported to the parents and PTA meetings are held regularly to keep the parent in the loop, about their ward’s developments.
•  Students are also provided with numerous opportunities during their course to take part in department-level to national-level competitions, during which our students develop a highly efficient skillset, grow their interests and bring laurels to our institution.
• We introduce certificate courses that are update regularly, programs covering the latest developments coupled with the latest efficient teaching methods, that give rise to innovation and creativity among our students. These practices are available to every single student irrespective of their background, academic performance or ability.
• The extension activities that are conducted by us, allows our students to learn a great deal from various industry experts and keep themselves updated and well educated. Through the numerous outreach programs, a student can contribute towards society allowing them to also develop compassion, understand social responsibility.
• Such activities are organized by a large number of associations and clubs that are open to all students, allowing them to dwell in multiple disciplines.
• We have made it a priority to ensure that the academic routine and the learning process is not interrupted irrespective of events beyond campus. During the Covid-19 crisis, we were one of the first institutions in the region to organize classes and extension activities in online mode.
• The efforts put in by our faculty members and the management has shown great results which is visible through the alumni of Poornaprajna College. Poornaprajna college has produced individuals that are the top of their fields and have secured places in reputed industries and institutions. Every year, our students bring in several ranks in the University examinations and a large number of them have secured good ranks in National level competitive examinations.
• Students of our college have represented the college at various national level and international level platforms bringing in medals, trophies and laurels to college. Our students have marched on Rajpath during the Republic Day parade from NSS, NCC and have represented their units or battalions at various national level camps.
• Units of NSS, Rangers & Rovers, Youth Red Cross and NCC companies have over the years, taken countless initiatives for the benefit of the society through awareness, and outreach.
• Our students are also placed in reputed companies through placement on-campus and off-campus while a greater number opts for higher studies and research. Our college has produced students who not only are successful people with jobs, but also working towards improving society through social work and activities.
• Alumni of Poornaprajna College are individuals who are entrepreneurs, businessmen, charted accountants and teachers. Our students can be found in research institutions, film industries at national level, reputed industries like Information and Bio-Technology.
• Our practices to enhance the students’ knowledge and skills, our efforts to inculcate discipline, values and responsibilities are clearly successful when we look at these records that showcase the performance of our students while and after their education at the institution.
• The outcomes of these practices are analyzed constantly and improved upon through faculty development programs organized for our teachers who are also encouraged to participate in such programs beyond the college, so as to update themselves in terms of knowledge and skills and to remain updated with various teaching methodologies. These teachers return with new skills that later benefit our students who also learn them and utilize the skillset.
• Our faculty members are not only teachers to our students, but also institutions outside as they are invited as resource persons in other institutions while several others are consulted by agencies for their expertise.
