Print the Application form and fill the details, sign it and scan it. Along with scanned copies of SSLC Marks Card and Degree Marks card (all the five semester mark cards attested by Principal) email all the above scanned files to “principal@ppc.ac.in” or "office@ppc.edu.in". The scanned files can also be sent via whatsapp to 9886842246. All the scanned copies of the documents should be in JPEG/ PDF Format. Enquire if you require Hostel facility.

ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಮುದ್ರಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿ. ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್ಸಿ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಗ್ರಿ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ನ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ (ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ದ್ರಢೀಕರಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಐದು ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಗಳು) ಮೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಫೈಲ್ಗಳನ್ನು “principal@ppc.ac.in” ಅಥವಾ “office@ppc.edu.in” ಗೆ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಮಾಡಿ. ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಫೈಲ್ಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ 9886842246 ಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬಹುದು. ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಗಳು ಜೆಪಿಇಜಿ / ಪಿಡಿಎಫ್ ಸ್ವರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು. ನಿಮಗೆ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿ.
